The CAJA certification (RS6810) assesses the ability to work in legal English: five assessments in 90 minutes, remotely — professional presentation, client interview, legal letters, clause correction, negotiation — before a jury of lawyers and legal English specialists. Certificate issued by Linguaid France.

Five assessments, 90 minutes, entirely remote. The jury has three members — two external assessors specialising in law and legal English, and a Linguaid representative — chaired by Joss Frimond, and deliberates according to the competency framework filed with France Compétences. The electronic certificate is issued through Procertif.

Prerequisites and access

  • English level B2 minimum
  • Basic legal knowledge; experience in the legal sector is recommended
  • Enrolment with Linguaid (certification@linguaid.net) or through Mon Compte Formation
