Leone Crinnion

Solicitor (Ireland) · tutor at the Law Society of Ireland

Leone is an Irish solicitor based in the south of France. She has worked with Linguaid since 2022, training French lawyers and in-house counsel in legal and professional English.

She practised property and commercial law in Dublin and County Wicklow for more than twenty-five years before broadening her career into training. Driven by a love of travel and discovery, she chose in 2009 to become a trainer so as to combine her professional life with her international outlook. A graduate of University College Dublin (Bachelor of Arts), she was admitted to the roll of solicitors in Ireland by the Law Society of Ireland, where she now teaches property law (Applied Land Law) and Landlord & Tenant Law to trainee solicitors. She practised in firms in Dublin and County Wicklow and as Executive Solicitor at Wicklow County Council.

Since 2019 Leone has taught at the American Business School and at Université Paris Dauphine, where she teaches legal English and professional English.

A keen reader and the author of several articles in the specialist press, Leone brings a human, supportive approach to her training. She makes a point of building a relationship of trust with her learners, convinced that success comes from an authentic, motivating teaching relationship. For her, being a trainer is quite simply the best job in the world.
