Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. Data controller

Linguaid France SAS, 2 rue Hergé, 66750 Saint-Cyprien, France — represented by Joss Frimond. Contact for any question about your data: rgpd@linguaid.fr.

2. Data collected on this site

This site has no forms and no user accounts, and sets no tracking cookies. The only data we receive is what you send us voluntarily: by email, by phone, or when booking an appointment through Calendly (name, email address, chosen slot), whose processing is described in Calendly’s privacy notice.

3. Audience measurement

Site traffic is measured with a tool hosted on our own servers which uses no cookies and collects no data that could identify you (anonymised IP address, no cross-site tracking). This measurement is exempt from consent under the CNIL’s recommendations.

4. Candidates and trainees

When you enrol on a training programme or the CAJA certification, the data needed for the agreement, the notice to attend, the assessment and the issue of the certificate are processed on the basis of the contract and our legal obligations (French Labour Code, France Compétences, Caisse des Dépôts for CPF funding). They are kept for the period those obligations require. Results are sent to the candidate and, for CPF-funded programmes, to the Caisse des Dépôts.

5. Recipients and hosting

Data is processed by Linguaid France and, where strictly necessary, by its processors: the site host (Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva), Calendly, and the provider that issues electronic certificates. No data is sold or passed on for advertising purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and to give post-mortem instructions. Write to rgpd@linguaid.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL: cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
